Was a recovery from a damaged plan (broken turbo, inlet pipes and minor parts).
Engine block arrived turning without problem.
We didn't clean sufficiently the unit and thru the handling some peaces of aluminium from the broken inlet pipes went between the valves and blocked the engine.
Would need to be open, cleaned, checked, new gasket and an other turbo.
